I say to somebody, you shouldn't judge people in the first seven seconds, but sadly be prepared to be judged in seven seconds. And it goes back to, you know, cave times where in order to protect ourselves, if we saw somebody coming and we have to react straight away. So if you think about the amount of thoughts we've coming through our brain and every day, they say 40,000, I think it's probably more like 70,000 now on social media, we do make our mind up really quickly. It's not that we're, you know, sad, shallow people. We just sometimes have to, we're on this kind of rotation system. And what I say to people is that, yes, don't judge, but when you are going to be judged, you decide what that judgment should be.
